This was a new position for Hyprotech Limited,
a Canadian company with corporate HQ in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsible for establishing and executing the regional
business plan and annual budgets.
Created an APAC team with regional identity and strong team
spirit. The Asia Pacific team had 27 staff in 5
offices. In addition, it had 6 representative/agent companies.
Increased global and regional synergy within the company.
Set up new office in Beijing.
Restructured relationships with our existing regional agents.
Selected new regional agents.
